Establishment of MUICT Alumni Association<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jarernsri L. Mitrpanont, Dean of Faculty of Information and Communication<\/span>
\nTechnology, cherished the idea of setting up the MUICT Alumni Association in 2012. That year, the<\/span>
\nfaculty of ICT held the first alumni meeting to listen to the alumni voices for establishing the alumni<\/span>
\nassociation. On May 20, 2012, which was the 3 rd year of establishment of the faculty of ICT, the faculty<\/span>
\nof ICT held the alumni reunion party; the \u201cReunite a Bright Future\u201d activity, which also had a special<\/span>
\nsession for nomination of candidates for the MUICT Alumni Association President. After getting the list<\/span>
\nof nominations for MUICT Alumni Association President, the faculty of ICT formally held the alumni<\/span>
\nmeeting to set up the MUICT Alumni Association until it was officially established on February 18, 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MUICT Alumni Association was founded on February 18, 2013. The first president was<\/span>
\nMr.Surasit Kiwprasopsak, the 6 th batch of CS alumnus and the 3 rd batch of MS alumnus, who is now the<\/span>
\nCEO of Terabyte Net Solution Public Co., Ltd. He filled the position for 2 terms, started in 2013 and<\/span>
\ncompleted his term in 2017. The second and current president is Mr. Jirawat Eauchai, the 2 nd batch of<\/span>
\nICT alumnus, who is now the CEO of Trinity Roots Co., Ltd. He was appointed as the MUICT Alumni<\/span>
\nAssociation president last 2017. Moreover, the MUICT Alumni Association is honored to have Assoc.<\/span>
\nProf. Dr. Jarernsri L. Mitrpanont, Dean of Faculty of Information and Communication Technology as well<\/span>
\nas Emeritus Professor Dr. Supachai Tangwongsan, Senior Advisor of Faculty of Information and<\/span>
\nCommunication Technology as its advisors.<\/span><\/p>\n
